Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy/dirty light gold with a white head. Aroma is pretty citrus, and there seem to be spice notes. Med + body. Flavor is quite citrus, the malt is pretty light. There’s a lot of hop, and zest seems present. Quite bitter. Quite nice.

65 bomber Dipa provning PQ. Ljus kraftigt grumlig. Blommor + alla tropiska frukter. Sen mest viol. Oerhört komplex smakrik öl på bara 8% sjukt hög kvalité . Yeees.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark brown with orange glints and a tan head. Aroma is very, very coffee. Very. Med body or so. flavor is smooth dark malt and lots and lots of coffee. Lots. Finishes smooth creamy coffee. Yummy, but I’d not like to have to kill a bomber.

Draft at Kern River. Nose is big coffee, roast, and chocolate. Black with a medium, heavy lacing, cinnamon tan head. Flavor is lightly sweet with a balance of coffee, roast, and chocolate. Nicely done, now when will we get a barrel aged version?

Very carbonated. Light golden color, almost translucent. Frothy white head. Super dry, super hoppy nose that is exceedingly heady, with pine and citrus. The mouth is super light with modest bitterness. This drinks much more like a pale ale than an 8.3% IIPA. So dry and hoppy, clean. Perfectly executed. One of the best IIPAs I’ve ever had. Even better than the Citra.

Cloudy light amber color. Amazingly dry hopped nose with tons of citrus and grapefruit nose. Very light dry superbly quaffable. Modestly bitter finish. So well put together Southern California beer.

22 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly dank with citrus hops and mineraly notes. Flavour is pretty dank, with lots of floral hops and biscuity malt. Wonderfully balanced and actually fairly subtle in the hop department. Very nice.

22 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is dank as fuck, with piney and citrus hops. So dank. Flavour is so amazingly dank and fresh, with dank hops galore. Wow. Not much else here other than the dank hops. Phenomenal stuff.
