Sample shared by Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear with very pale yellow coloured tint, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of rice, fruits, melon. Taste is sweetish, rice, rock melon, with some warm boozy notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.

14/6/2026. Bottle shared by LazyPyro, cheers Chris! Clear pour, no bubbles. Aroma is honeydew melon, fragrant rice, gentle booziness, white chocolate. Taste is fairly sweet, with some alcohol burn. Quite a full bodied sake, oily, still. Nice one.

500ml neon blue bottle, bottled 2025.09. New brewery and region tick.
Pours crystal clear, very dull very pale yellow. Aroma of rice, melon, maybe a hint of vanilla. Taste of rice, umami, lychee, melon, again a hint of vanilla I think, nice sweetness, very warming booze to finish.
Still a newbie to sake but really enjoyed this one.

22/10/2024. Bottle pour at JSS Japanese Sake & Shochu Tasting-room, Tokyo. 14.0% abv. Pours clear colourless with no head. Aroma is fragrant, lightly woody, twiggy, cedar, melon. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Very smooth, no carbonation. Mild elegance.

Old school imperial stout with good roasted malt and cacao character. Whiskey isn’t overpowering and adds nice depth smooth palate. Well hidden alcohol. Very stuff form a young brewery

0,2l on tap @ Tap & Tumbler Ebisu. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is slightly sweet and tart malts with some fruity notes. Flavor is sweet and quite tart malts with dragonfruit. Good.

very light tropical fruit notes. Super light body, tastes like tropical fruit juice. Super quaffAble, not as balanced as might hope, but more bitter for the style than usual. Quit different but I like this. Could drink this by the liter. Good.

On tap at Craft Beer Bar iBrew - Akihabara, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out esters and light sweetness. Flavour is sweeter than the aroma suggests, with rustic saison yeast, light esters and biscuity malt. Rustic and lightly sweet. Pleasant.

Can. Lemony, citrus hop nose, slightly herbal too, I would guess a new-school noble hop. Light malt, slightly bready. Pale gold with a bit of hop haze and a medium, quickly fading head. Soft palate, rounded malt and grain, slightly sweet, nicely hopped for flavor. Good citrus and herbs. Light, but only somewhat crisp. It has a mellow softness to the body. Medium bitterness in the finish leads to a crisp, clean, yet remarkably long after taste of hops. Refreshing and really easy to drink in the heat, which I guess is what it aims for.
