Fra fat på The Cock Tavern: nesten helt klar gylden med fint gardinskum som varer. Lys malt, overmoden citrus, hint av høy og urter. Fin bitterhet i den lange avslutningen. Og nok et nytt bryggeri i dag!

Without the right glasses I hardly saw the moon during this week's solar eclipse. I'm seeing this 'moon' pale golden brew clearly though, tasting quite hoppy for the German style, but flavoursome for it. The Gose style it is, is still there though. Herbal to fruity taste.

Dark orange with a minimal head. Aroma of funky vinaigrette. Flavour is tart orange, salty on a dry wine finish.

Panda from Colin Bois. Cheers. Slightly hazy opaque gold. Foamy white head. Aroma is vinous with an earthy core. Flavourwise there is a juicy sweet core and then tart sourness. Underlying chewy malts. Dank. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft lazy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice.
