Keg @ Balance Brewing & Blending, Manchester. Mildly hazy golden colour with a glow. A good example of what this brewery is about with a saison style and texture coupled with an apple cider taste and light sweetness - with a similar aroma in this respect with excellent barrel ageing notable in this aspect too.
