Bottle from Geers. Hazy red with a thin, pink head. Aroma of blueberries & blueberry juice, blackberry, coulis, raspberry, sour milk, yoghurt, wheat, vinegar. Taste has very sour blueberry juice, mingling with lemon & lactic acid, toned down by a sweetness hinting at fruity jam & coulis but with a tangible bready & wheaty body. Tart, fruity, blueberry finish, still lactic, yoghurty, 'sour milky' even, nice impression of Alvinne sourness. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Excellent effort.

pours very dark red purple, no real head. Bit of bubbly formation at the top. Smell is fruity, sharp and simple tartness. Taste is lactic acid, but very balanced. Medium fruityness. Fairly dry. Very low carbo, medium thin body. Crushable, summery, simple beer thats very enjoyable and has a pleasant fruityness. No sign of Brett (at this point in time?)
