Description
Moon Lark is a craft brewery, meadery, and seltzery. Three alcoholic beverages founded by two friends under one brand. What put us together is the will to write our own history and passion for uncommon flavors. Our base of operations is located in Poland in the town of Poreba, neighboring Zawiercie city – where one night we heard a lark warbling to the moon – that is the beginning of our story. Brewing was our passion for several years now and we are ready to share it with you. One of the co-owners and head brewer of Moon Lark is Pawel Maslowski. We aim to treat you with IPAs overfilled with aromatic hops, fruity and refreshing sour beers, and bold stouts and porters with complex flavors. Regardless of the brewing style, we adhere to the quality and taste of our products. We want to keep you entertained, curious, and open to the new taste that we are aiming to serve you. Moon Lark meads connect the traditions of Polish meadmaking with new-wave techniques. We produce both session, easy-drinking versions and also strong, sweet, and barrel-aged meads with adjuncts. If you didn’t have a chance to discover the world of meads you will be surprised by the richness of new flavors. Hard seltzer is an alcoholic, fruity drink that took USA by storm. It is produced in a fermentation process – just like beer. We take on a craft approach to seltzers and pay attention to the highest quality of ingredients. We want to propose both light versions that are filled with fruits but and low- cal as well as thick, smoothie-like seltzers. Original and refreshing taste with relatively low alcohol content is the biggest advantage of hard seltzers. We value minimalism. That leads us to the world of Moon Lark, where we emphasize the simplistic yet modern form of branding for our beers, meads, and hard seltzers. We hope that you will easily find our products and taste them with pleasure.

Murky black with a beige colored foamy head. Toffee, vanilla, licorice, cocoa, lemon, burnt bread crumbs. Roasty bitterness, malty toffee sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to low carbonated, dry roasty toffee bittersweet finish. Good!

Not too much of a head on this straw colored, foggy beer.
Strong smell of bananas, and some flowers. Clove in the far background.
It's very fruity, but also a bit watery.
Light body, low carbonation.
Had better hefeweizens.

Completely clear, with faint head. Pure gold.
Very shampooey aroma. There are some grapefruit hints, and after a while, some buttery scent shows. Diacetyl, I think.
The bitterness is very rough, but tastes okay overall.
It's drinkable, but I can't get rid of thinking that something is wrong with it.
