Tap at Erzbierschof. Hazy murked orange color with small white head. Aroma is grapes, spicy yeasts, dough. Taste is dough, grape funk, a touch of straw, some fermenting raisins. High fine-bubbled carbonation. Nice one!

Bottle at Erzbierschof Zurich. Pours lightly cloudy amber. Aroma is vinegar, balsamico, funk, farmhouse, saison yeast. Body is medium, balsamico again, fruit, sour and a little tart, soft carbonation, smooth texture. Almonds, and maybe nettles I guess. Body is lingering on light sourness, bitter almond, fruit, and vinegar. Very good!Earlier Rating: 11/6/2016 Total Score: 3.9Tap at Brassin Public® 2016. Pours hazy light brown. Aroma shows the sourness already. Medium body with a lively carbonation over a nice sourness to round it all off. Towards the palate the flavours change to more booze and the advertised foin. Bottle from Coop. Aroma is light banana, ripe fruit, some clover and old sugar. Body is light with a very lively carbonation, slightly sweet and banana-y. Palate is short and dry, good.

Butelka 330ml (BB 12.2017). Piwo delikatnie mgliste o bursztynowo-pomarańczowej barwie z białą, lekko przybrudzoną, drobną i obfitą pianą. Aromat słodkawy, delikatnie słodowy, nieco landrynkowy choć bezpośrednio po otworzeniu butelki przez kilka chwil były obecne delikatne nuty owocowe. W smaku delikatnie słodowe, słodkawe od słodu, leciutko owocowe z wyraźną, na średnim poziomie, goryczką o charakterze żywiczno-ziołowo--cytrusowym, intensywną ale krótką w czasie przy czym zalega już dość dłużej, leciutko ściągając ale wszystko w bardzo przyjemny sposób. Piwo jest pełne w odczuciu ze średnim ciałem, przyjemnym ale nie za wysokim nasyceniem,co sprawia, że pije się je dość szybko dając niezłe orzeźwienie.

Tastes of citrus, dried fruits, flowers, grass, yeast, some bread, some spices, some candy.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes smooth, citric, floral, grassy, a bit bready, a bit dry, yeasty, a bit spicy.
Very tasty. Drinks really smooth and greatly balanced, with a lovely combination of citric notes, with the floral/grassy notes and a well dosed sweetness. The herbs are very well integrated, leading to a subtle, fitting impression. Not very complex or unique, but just really quaffable stuff I could drink all day.

BB 09/2018. amber cloudy color, small white head. smell citric, yeasty, some wood, spices, bit grassy, herbal. nice smell overall. full body, light to medium carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of caramel, spices, grass, peach, peppery, some sourness, light funk, bit milky. finishes light to medium sour and a bit dry with notes of grass, spices and some sweet herbs. quite nice one, a bit on the herbal grassy side, but overall good stuff, almost a bit too much carbonation for me.

Level 42 Bottleshare. Thanks to Fergus. Clear.gold beer, no head. Palate is light and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Very dry malts. Dry spice. Little bubblegum esters. Trace of citrus. Too dry by far.
