Bottle pour @ the brewery (Nov 2025). Clear golden with a large foamy whitish head, faintly acidic grain aroma, high carbonation, mildly tart medium bitter taste, faint funky flavor and grains, thin body, long finish. Quite complex flavors.

Draught @ the brewery (Nov 2025). Cloudy lemon yellow with a very small frothy off-white head, faintly acidic citrus aroma, high carbonation, mildly bitter lightly salty citrusy taste with oyster flavor, thin body, long finish. Very interesting saison.

Draft at Orange and Brew. Pours a slightly hazy gold color under a respectably frothy head that dwindles to leave some lace around the sides. The nose suggests some Belgian type malts, maybe some spelt and wheat. Taste seems to suggest lychees from hops? Not a typical taste. Light maltiness and still some hop bitterness. Just a little farmhouse funk.

Pour from a can kicks up a lot of foam. Slightly chlorinated nose that drives off after the first pour. Tropical fruit pits, flower leaves and a bit of wheat malt follow up. Taste is light and crispy, almost "normal." Some malt spice. A light bitterness that seems more from a bit of kettle sour than any specific hop. More of a general saison than a horsey Belgian brew. Just fine as a table beer.
