Tasting with a Green Chile& barbacoa chicken tamale from Tamale Spaceship.
Hazy golden puffy, pillowy but brief white head. A light nose of spicy Belgian malts. Easy toasted malt taste with some spice and a bubble gum / banana side. Then there's some lemongrass in the next sip, too. Goes great in taming the fire of my spicy tamale. Polish hops give a dry and peppery note.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild toffee, some earthy tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, some mild herbal tones with mild sweet malty tones.

On tap at The Beer Temple, pours a clear pale golden with a huge white head. Aroma has rustic saison yeast, light bugginess, and a touch of wet hops. Flavour has some phenolic notes, cleaner, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of bugs. Well, something didn�t go quite right here. The yeast seems messed up. Needs work.
