Draft at Goldfinger. An even puffier head than the Rotbier version. Hazy amber body. As the head drizzles away, it hangs around at the rim. I think I do smell some horse blanket, with a slight side of lemon peel. A big Belgian taste of bubblegum with a note of clove; all the things a Belgian ale might have. A slightly sweeter malt note that mellower the further down I go.

500 ml bottle from Goldfinger. They told this was one of the Brett-finished beers, but there is no indication on the label. Pours a slightly dingy amber color, under a thick, but fizzy head. Horsey nose with a touch of cherry. The horsey note is in the taste, too, but then there's a thread of tart cherry, again, coming on in. The Brett is not taking over, but just adding a complement. Though some unfiltered yeast is coming out at the end.

Rather unique creature, a rather awesome table beer. Kind of a cherry mist cherry blossom lightness. Delicate sour tone. Aroma is not so great, some undesirables there, but improved a lot after a few minutes Taste and body are great. Fun to try. Really grew on me. Cool beer.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almoat clear paleish golden, small head. Marzipany yeast meet apricot and mango. Dry with slender body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. White bread, apricot, grass and marzipan. Mid bitter finish. Combines elegant and modern. That's unusual.

Sampled from the tap at the Afterthought. Pours a near clear light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has grass and straw with light fruits and a bit of bread underlying. Flavor is grass forward with hay and light fruits supporting.

500ml bottle. Tropical fruity with notes of mango, peach, pineapple, citrus, pear, grapefruit, some funky yeastiness, mild tartness and hints of dry herbal notes in the finish. Refreshing.
