Sweet and herbal. Lots of flavours, but not overpowering. Remarkebly light for its taste.

A solid and firm imperial stout. Very herbal and woody flavor, like chewing on some bushes. Nice, but only for a little bit.

Reasonably dry, very herbal. Thyme, maybe rosemary? It tastes like marinade for lamb chops, which is a good thing.

Weird stuff. Lightly smoked, quite bitter. Lots of spicyness, spruce is instantly recognizable. Christmas tree-beer!

Tap. Hazy orange color with small white head. Aroma is peach, slight smoke, pine and spruce. Taste is spruce, resinous, spicy, earthy. Bitter aromatic spicy finish. Low carbonation. Very interesting!

Pretty cloudy reddish orange beer, creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very floral, spicy, ginger bread, sweet, cinnamon. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of banana, sweet, floral, bitter hops, slightly sourish. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, sweet malts, caramel, ripe banana.
