Bottle ordered from Craft Beer Station, Northampton. Aroma of, yeah, honey. Sour vinous edge. Opaque gold. Frothy foamy white head. Medium-heavy sour. Vinous/berries. Underlying chewy honey which is not particularly sweet. Sherbert. The sourness amps up. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Sour stuff with sweet hints.

Smell-weak honey, cherry, smoke, barrel, wood. Foam-thin, sour, acidic tones, weak honey, weak sugar. Head is small to medium, white-pink, and disappears fast. Appearance - black bottle cap, brewer simple label. Cloudy red color, medium carbonation. From - tulip glass Taste - acidic, sour tones, mix of honey and cherry. Sourness is not as bad as I would expect, still, I don't like the style. I like how honey and sweetness mix in though... Will not go for again, simply not my cup of tea. It has notes I like in the palate I usually dont like.
