I usually get excited about a new Abbeydale brew, and I did here, however... black in colour, and disappointingly dull for what was expected on this cask pour. Everything feels a bit like smart price liquorice. Mildly sticky-sweet in texture, this feels thinner than expected on first sip, because it is for a beer of this name. Its texture though is probably the best asset as it's quite smooth in the palate.

I walked the wild coast of Ayrshire a couple of weeks ago for around 4.5 hours. This 4.5% brew is a lightly hazed golden-amber ale in colour. It has a sweet tropical fruit aroma, slightly lesser stated in taste, but still on the sweet side. Some carbonation involved with this.

Draught at House of Hop, Darlington. Gluten Free. Black colour, biege foam head and aroma of chocolate, malt, caramel, marshmallow. Taste is sweet, chocoaltey, malty, fruity, honeycomb, vanilla, with slightly nutty bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, sweet chocolatey malty finish. Nicely drinkable.

Holy fucking shit another rating disappears. Fuck off this fucking poxy fucking site. The beer matches the mood. Imagine coming from the US to brew a beer and it gets packaged such that not long after it’s oxidised fucking bollocks.

Churchill died on this drinking day in history, my deception is I'm talking about Winston's father! This enhanced Deception is crisp, full bodied, mildly dry and pleasant for it, certainly hoppy with an excellent drinking texture, slipping down the palate too easily maybe? Fruity sugars get tasty.

Taste is sweetish, malt, grainy, with passionfruit, and citrusy, zesty, pine, tangy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft foamy carbonation, dry hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable
