We chose Latvian word Ārpus for the name of our brewery, as its meaning reflects the types of beers we brew - outside the box, beyond the mass made lagers, beers with overwhelming flavours and aromas for people brave enough to step out of their comfort zone.
The brewery is located just outside Riga (Latvia), equipped with a 10hL brewhouse and 20hL fermentation vessels. Our beer is packaged in 440mL cans and KeyKegs, then stored in a cold room to keep it fresh longer.

Aus der Dose (bbe 30.09.2026) im 2025-11 getrunken. Diese orangene Ale zeigt deutlich neben dem Aprikotaroma seine Citrusaromen, die aber auch das Vanile Aroma überdeckt. Damit ist es moderat sauer. Aber wieder ein tolles Smoothie!

Aromat mało wyrazisty, naftowy, w smaku mega naftowe, mam wrażenie że na samym początku jest taki strzał przypalonej skórki od chleba który momentalnie znika, dalej cytrusowe, zestowe i delikatna chlebkowa słodowość. Barwa niemalże słomkowa, przejrzyste, piana znika do krążka, brak lacingu. Goryczka całkiem wysoka, zaznaczona, zestowo-palona długa, przyjemna. Wytrawne, ciekawe, czuć NZ, oryginalne, lekko się pije, jest efekt że chce się wziąć kolejny łyk. Fajne.

A: pineapple juice, plum, lime, yoghurt.
T: sour plum & apricot, sweetish pineapple, yoghurt.
F: tart stone fruit & pineapple.
P: medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation.
Simple BW but effective.

Can, huge thanks Barba & Elena. Murky paaaale yellow bodt, white head. Ooooh noooo... That resinous, earthy, bit caramelly sweetish aroma. Typical Ārpus IPA.... Smooth, lean, light candyish cherry, and I mean candyish, lightly tart, low alcohol burn. Eh.

Can at Drinkøteka, huge thanks Barba & Elena! Bit hazy golden body, off-white head. Banana and sweet white wine notes in the aroma, low low phenolic touches, touch of warmth. Lean, dry taste, sourish, low bubblegum, banana, well dried out, flavorful, but entirely lacking body.

Can partagée avec Isaac, Sergi, Costa, Bernat, Tavo, Iñaki, Nacho, Trota - El Birrot & Basque region friends mega tasting. Merci!
Couleur boueuse/smoothie pourpre jus de baies rouges/noires sur un trouble marqué laissant un fruité épais sur le rebord - effet bloody mary garanti. Pas l'impression d'un filtrage tant cela reste épais.
Ca passe bien chargé en fruits avec une douceur plaisante sans pour cela tomber dans l'hyper sucré - je note qd même plus d'impact des myrtilles avec un léger retrait tropical de la coco.
Pas déplaisant en soit tant en bouche que au nez - après le score reste basé sur ce que j'attends d'une 'bière'.
Avec à peine 5%, ça descend rapidement mais plus à goûter pour le tick!

Mørk gul uklar med lys gult skum. Lukter appelsinskall, aprikos og vanilje. Lett. Fruktig og sur. Smaker stenfrukt og appelsin. Kort.
