Can. Color: Almost black, thin brown head. Aroma: Caramel-Chocolate fudge, boozy and spicy notes. Taste: Roasted malt, caramel-chocolate fudge, dark dried fruit, figs, spicy notes, boozy notes. Sirupy. Long lasting finish. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Over moderate to medium sweet, moderate bitterness. Nice slow sipper.

Aus der Dose (bbe 31.12.2026) im 2026-03 getrunken. Auch dieses purpurne Anniversary Ale kommt mit wunderbare dunkler Beeren-Aromen daher. Die Säure ist deutlich aber sehr stimmig. Das Aroma ist recht kompakt, so daß die Beeren sehr lange am Gaumen kleben bleiben. Ein würdiges Anniversary Smoothie.

440ml can, thanks to Finn. Shared with him and Leif. The oily pour reveals a black body, dotted spots on the glass and a beige filmy layer. Smoothly roasted malts on the nose, hints of nuts and chocolate, mid-sweet, inviting. Rather sweet flavours of peanut butter, earthy chocolate and a spicy note. Ends with sweet, buttery, malts. Decent, not easy to drink. (Tromsø, 10.03.2026).

Sample, thanks fonefan! Hazy copper colour, small head. Toasty aroma with nectarine and dates. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Honey and dates, nectarine, caramel and orange liqueur. Peppery, resinous finish with lots of heat.

Aus der Dose (bbe 31.01.2027) im 2026-02 getrunken. Bei diesem orangene Ale zeigt sich die Banane im Vordergrund während die Mango und Passionfrucht den Hintergrund abrunden. Ein gutes Frucht-Smoothie wo mir ein Bananen Aroma im Hintergrund lieber gewesen wäre.

Murky orange colour and small white head. Tart apricot, orange aroma. Full-bodied. Sweet, tartness, apricot, some odd chemical vibe. Not much Berliner Weisse.

Hazy orange colour, small head. Aroma is apricot, mild tart wood and rhubarb. Flavour is carrots, salt, apricot with quite evident rhubarb kicking in the background and aftertaste.

Keg at Liquid Dreams 26. Hazy opaque gold. Foamy white head. Aroma is bitter and boozely with added funk. Flavourwise it is bitter with a citrus edge..Punchy. Underlying fruit. I like. Not sure what they are aiming for but certainly has West Coast IPA elements.

Cloudy ochre, no head. Multifruit juice, mango, pineapple, smoothie. Sour apricot, sweetish mango, smoothie all the way. Tart stone fruit, mango, vague vanilla. Medium to full body, thick smoothie texture, soft carbonation. Not bad but there's no structure here.
