Bruin bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is licht bitterzoet en licht kruidig met iets van geroosterd brood, karamel en een licht fruitig zuurtje. Apart kerstbier maar daarom zeker niet slecht.

Amber colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have sweet cognac notes. Otherwise fairly plain. Typical Tripel sweetness and yeastiness. Lacks body. Over carbonated.

F: big, tan, long lasting. C: dark brown, hazy. A: dark malts, sweet fruity, chocolate touch, brown sugar. T: malty, caramel, bit chocolate, brown sugar, medium dry on the palate, medium body and bit higher carbonation, nothing very special yet not bad, enjoyed, 0,33l bottle from Färm shop Chaussée de Wavre, Brussels

Bottle 330ml. @ Scooper Tasting. [ As Brogne Blonde ].Light unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, belgium yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, minerals, fruity yeast, belgium yeast, pale malt.
