Description
We are craft beer lovers and NEIPA fanatics. We started our journey in 2019 as homebrewers, experimenting with different combinations of whirlpool hops, dry hopping, malts, mashing techniques, water profiles, yeasts, and fermentations... until 2022, when we finally took the leap to share our beers with the world.

Our core principle is to commit to quality and provide a fresh product. We focus on small and exclusive production runs; this allows us to have a higher rotation, giving us the freedom to experiment and improve with every brew. At the same time, it ensures the punchy aromatic profile of our hops and guarantees maximum quality and freshness.

Sykkeltur langs Gandsfjorden og pitstop på Melkebaren, hvor jeg går planken (no rest for the wicked!): helt uklar sandgul med fint skum som varer. Friskt anslag med søt citrus, lychee, ananas og granskudd/furunål. Saftig og lettdrikkelig ganske bitterhet i avslutningen.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A light haze on this slightly dark gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Light cooling pine over smooth citrus, half bright, half ripe. Hop spice nibble. Touch of ripeish stone fruits before the light finish. Pretty good and pretty drinkable.

Can at home, from OKasional online, 26/05/2025.
Hazed orange topped with a lasting off white cap.
Nose is bitter orange, grass, pine needle, melon, papaya.
Taste comprises soapy notes, grass, mandarin, melon, mango hint.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Passable DIPA ... getting an overwhelming soapy note with it.

Tap @ Melkebaren. Hazy yellow body under a lacing white head. Aroma is juicy – tropical fruits. Taste is sweet and juice with tropical fruits and low bitterness. Some zesty bitterness. Medium body and same aftertaste. Refreshing, but feels a bit one-dimensional after a few sips.

Tap at Bihotz, Bilbao. Hazy deeper golden, but still with a glow. Full of strength in both aroma and taste, but also still full of tropical fruit notes in both, needless to say the brew has plenty of depth and is a slow sipper. Slightly sticky-sweet.
