On tap at Vrteška 2018, Belgrade. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Nice combo: juicy hoppiness with a sour touch, floral, elderflower. Sour at first, lemony, acetic, light hoppy character, very low bitterness, vinous character. Medium body, moderate carbonation, the finish is fruity. Nicely done, dry hopping well presented in the aroma.

19 May 2019. At SWAFFF!, Brussels. Cheers Anke, Erwin & Ama Deke! Hazy yellow, lasting, small, foamy, white head. Aroma of passionfruit, mandarin, grass, straw, sourdough, lemon peel. Taste is medium fruity sour, notes of lemon & unripe passionfruit on top of sweetish apple, pineapple & bready malts, a bit lactic, bitter grass & straw leading to a dryish, floral & grassy hoppy finish, lingering yellow fruit, lemon, wheat. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Good, clean, quenching Sour.

19 May 2019. At SWAFFF!, Brussels. Cheers Anke, Erwin & Ama Deke! Hazy black, lasting, small, foamy, tan head. Aroma of coffee bean, earth, tobacco, wet leaves, fondant, tree bark, bit chemical (oxidised perhaps?). Taste is light malty sweet, biscuit & nuts with restrained dark fruits (raisin, fig), going over a medium roasted bitter middle with earth, tobacco & coffee, sourish effect & rubbery undertone. Dry, earthy hoppy finish, lingering ash, toast, wood (bark-like), with slightly astringent, warming alcohol (vodka). Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Not very refined.

19 May 2019. At SWAFFF!, Brussels. Cheers Anke, Erwin & Ama Deke! Clear amber, lasting, unstable, foamy, tan head. Aroma of red grapes, wood, almond, cherry, some candy even ('poepegatjes'!), red fruit jam, cake. Taste is medium fruity sweet, lots of ripe red grapes, raspberry, red jam, subtle sour notes, a bit woody, herbal & almond-like bitter on brioche-like maltiness. Dry, bitter, earthy hoppy finish, astringent & literally abrupt, lingering wood, grapes, tannins, and warming red wine-like alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. A bit wayward in its execution but not bad.

19 May 2019. At SWAFFF!, Brussels. Cheers Anke, Erwin & Ama Deke! 11% edition, 2019 perhaps? Clear dark golden-orange, lasting, thin, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of white grapes, wood, young apple & apricot, banana peel, sourdough, sour milk. Taste is light fruity sweet, some apple & pear, evolving a funkiness of lactic & lemon acid, sourdough & yeast, next to bitter white grape & wood, vague wheaty touch. Dry, tart, woody finish, more white grapes, yeast & decent amount of warming white wine-like alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Not really sure where this one is going but its main character is enjoyable indeed.
