Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours reddish gold, medium transparent, with very fine white foam. Aroma is cereal/grainy, and a little herbaceous. Body is slightly thin, with average carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with some malty sweetness behind bitterness present also in the final, pretty enjoyable.

Tap at Birraio dell'anno 2022, Florence, Italy. Pours orange amber, fairly transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is delicate malty, with some honey. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is well balanced between underlying malty sweetness and moderate bitterness. Final is average, slightly bitter.

bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma nocciola fine persistente, colore ambrato velato, al naso frutta maura nocciole tostate zucchero di canna miele, in bocca frutta matura malto tostato zucchero di canna caramello miele nocciola, corpo rotondo, carbonazione moderata, molto dolce ma bilanciata da un amaro moderato. Molto molto buona. Una Bock italiana ben fatta. Bravi. c. Fatti una birra 12.11.21

On tap @So Good (Rome). Ramata/ambrata carica, schiuma bianco/avorio media. Al naso note di malto, leggero tostato, note citriche ed erbacee. In bocca è maltata all'attacco con chiusura amara, ben bilanciata nel complesso, ma non spicca. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Pulita, ma un po' sottotono. Mi aspettavo un gioco di malti migliore e uno spunto amaro più fresco, meno stantio.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Dorata, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note erbacee e citriche, malto. In bocca è bilanciata, con amaro presente ma non eccessivo, chiusura secca e pulita, croccante. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Dissetante, freschissima, veramente gradevole!
