Description
Odyssey is a small family run brewery established in the rural surrounds of a National Trust estate in Herefordshire in 2014. We brew in a building that is at least 400 years old but our beers are modern and forward looking.
Because we are small, independent and committed to staying that way, we focus primarily on only two styles of beer - hop forward (of any colour) and big, indulgent stouts, with the occasional Barley Wine thrown in for good measure. Our hoppy beers are unfined and hazy but we seek to retain some bitterness and drinkability - East Coast brews with a West Coast vibe.
All of our beer is produced for keg or can.

Bottle. No idea where from. Online somehow. Light haze on a straw colour. Healthy thin lasting white foam. Nose has big TCP and sticking plaster notes. Stinky apple. Oak. Taste has a ripe apple tannic bitterness with some fleshy sweetness. Mouthfeel is crisp and clean with lively burp inducing carbonation. Lightly drying finish. Peaty as fuck which isn’t my bag but the quality can’t be denied.
