Because we are small, independent and committed to staying that way, we focus primarily on only two styles of beer - hop forward (of any colour) and big, indulgent stouts, with the occasional Barley Wine thrown in for good measure. Our hoppy beers are unfined and hazy but we seek to retain some bitterness and drinkability - East Coast brews with a West Coast vibe.
All of our beer is produced for keg or can.

Keg at Heidrun, HW, 22/07/23. Murky orange yellow with a white cap that retains well. Nose is bitter orange, grass, light pine nip, hop spice, mandarin. Taste comprises grass, orange peel, light flinty minerals, melon, citric pith. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with grassy hop bitterness. Tidy enough sessioner if a little on the raw side.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Hazed golden yellow appearance, white head. Sweet tropical juicy aroma. Sherbetty sugary shades to this one that seem to overshadow the defined hop fruit and lemon citrus notes.. strange.

Draft at the Pup & Duckling, Solihull. Poured a murky light yellow golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, dank hops. The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a crisp, fresh, dank, grassy, weedy, light citrus, light pepper spice, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Keg draught at the Real Ale Classroom, Stoneygate, Leicester. Light to mid-gold and hazy with a full white head. Ge the aroma filled with juicy tropical and citrus hop notes: grapefruit, tangerine and a hint of scallion. Taste is much more exciting with intense hop bitterness which grows near the end of the sip. Surprisingly light body aided by the heavy carbonation. Decent stuff.

Draught (Nag's Head, Reading) - Hazy yellow. Hop resins, grapefruit and some tropical notes in the aroma. Tangy and hoppy taste, rather resinous, with notes of grapefruit, papaya and orange.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 22nd April 2023. Hazy yellow with shallow, disappearing foam and initial lacing. Tropical fruits and citrus notes in aroma. Tropical fruits and lemon juice in-mouth, and a reflective finish. Smooth mouthfeel and light body.
