Because we are small, independent and committed to staying that way, we focus primarily on only two styles of beer - hop forward (of any colour) and big, indulgent stouts, with the occasional Barley Wine thrown in for good measure. Our hoppy beers are unfined and hazy but we seek to retain some bitterness and drinkability - East Coast brews with a West Coast vibe.
All of our beer is produced for keg or can.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 15th April 2023. Thickly hazy yellowy amber with shallow off-white foam and spot lacing. Rich tropical fruits aroma. Tangy blend of mango and citrus in-mouth, and a juicy citrus finish. Light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Pours a misty pale yellow, good white head. Citrus nose. Good cutting hop edge with floral and citrussy grapefruit notes, super refreshing.

Keg draught at Beer in Hand, Hereford. Pale yellow and hazy with a full white head. Grapefruit aroma, some sweaty stone fruit, some soap. Taste is quite bitter for the style with big waves of apricot and a very dry finish. Medium carbonation. Slightly watery as befitting the ABV. Altogether very good.

Cloudy gold with a bubbly / frothy white head and a subtle grapefruit nose. Soft citrusy bitterness, a little thinner than anticipated based on its appearance

Keg at the Bear (CBC) Paddington, 10/03/23. Hazed orange with a light egg shell white covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is bitter orange, grass, pine needle, grapefruit, light stoned fruit whisper. Taste comprises pineapple, grass, melon, citric tinged straw, pine needle, papaya, light hop spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Decent flavoursome and punchy pale for just 4%.
