Lift into my Cowtown snifter to determine a semi-transparent amber-gold body completed with a bare skim of solidly white foam. A decent scent containing hops, tropical and grain. The drink is curiously all right, I will say that. Oranges to a degree, grapefruit, papaya, varnish, pine and dry crackers. New England crashes into West Coast. The taste mostly keeps up with the name
