Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours very pale yellow, hazy, almost juicy. Aroma is delicate of apples and fruity. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is slightly acidic, with a hint of apple sweetness. Final is fairly dry.

On tap @Treefolk's (Rome). Giallo paglierino, velata, schiuma virtualmente assente. Al naso note di pera matura, mela e frutta a polpa bianca in genere, leggero vinoso, stalla. In bocca è dolce all'attacco, con leggera astringenza e acidula in chiusura, minerale. Corpo esile, watery, carbonazione soft. Non sarebbe malaccio, il problema è che è veramente troppo corta.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours between orange and pink, fairly opaque, with no foam. Aroma is funky, soles, raspberries, maybe even grapes. Body and carbonation are average. Nice and tart. Taste is medium sour, nice acidity. Final is a little assignment, still funky.
