Draught @ Biere a Lille 2025. Delicate subtle wild nuances.. could be the cold that's suffocating my senses somewhat 🥶 but some pleasant Chardonnay barrel merged on the finish. Mild sour shades.

Op tap bij Borefts '25. Troebel donkerbruine tot zwarte kleur, geen kraag. Gebrand, balsamico, zuur, Brett, hout, bessen, druif, droog, leer, een licht zuurtje vind ik wel lekker maar dit is iets te fors aanwezig voor mij. Lichte body.
