Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma silky grain malt with a nice hop bite. Flavor is more blonde gain malt with a decent hop profile. Average but still decent kolsch.

Draft at Uno Pizzeria & Grill in Hamilton. Jet black pour. No discernible head. Aromas of dark malt, dark chocolate and molasses. Flavor is big and boozy. The molasses flavor is overpowering. No hint of vanilla at all. Thick and viscous. Chewy mouthfeel. Some chocolatey notes and Worcestershire sauce on backend. Overall, a bit of a disappointment for me.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: clear golden yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which sat around for a little bit before gently dissipating and leaving some light lace
Aroma: sweet cracker to cereal grains with super subtle lemony hop tones and a little bit of freshly cut grassy hop notes
Flavor: does pretty well to combine the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet crackery malty and hoppy toned vibe; finishes smooth and malty sweet
Texture: light to medium bodied; pretty sessionable; pretty smooth along the tongue; good carb level
Overall: nicely done German pilsener I believe I would return to.

Can (1/15/26) from Manchester Wine and Liquors. Cloudy, milky yellow, tons of large white floaties, no sparkle, ample head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, grape, candied citrus. Taste is strong grapefruit, grape, citrus. Smooth, frothy, silky texture, soft carbonation, lightly yeasty, slightly bitter finish.

16 oz can. Older can date. Aroma is a bouquet of soft fruits. Peach, mango, and maybe a little bit of white grape. Flavor follows the aroma with the addition of mild pineapple and a soft floral finish.
Has a tremendous amount of hop flavors and goes down smoothly. Medium body with some juicy texture. Real nice!

Can to tulip.
Appearance is as pictured.
Aroma: soft white grapey-toned hops with pineapple, mango and apricot hop notes with a stealthy little malt backbone
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a sweet to bittersweet quality with a little zing of citrusy zest; finishes leaning into the apricot and pineapple hop notes and seems to level out and become slightly juicy
Texture: medium bodied - maybe just a touch under; good sessionability to this; good smoothness and nothing upsetting the flow; nice low carb and good low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: a very nicely done NEIPA very worthy of returning to.

Poured from a can into a snifter glass
Pours a deep brown black with a finger of foamy tan head that settles to a tight ring leaving some sticky lacing
Aromas of rich sweet to burnt caramel, roast coffee, dark cocoa hints at a smokiness.
Taste is less sweet than anticipated, roasted malt, caramel coffee and rich dark chocolate.
Super smooth mouth feel, medium body with a medium light carbonation, an excellent sipper that is rich without being cloying.
