Can to tulip.
Appearance: semi-clear yellow color with a finger's worth of white frothy head which dissipated nicely then left some slick-looking concave lace sliding with the sips
Aroma: white pepper/crushed peppercorn; hay/straw/grassy character; lemon/hibiscus/floral-ish tones then a smooth bready malt in the backbone
Flavor: dryly combines the prior noted aromas to a semi-spicy to moderately bitter quality; finishes somewhat bready and peppercorn-like with a kiss of lemon sweetness
Texture: light to medium bodied; light smoothness; slightly sessionable; good carb level/good flow along the tongue
Overall: pretty good saison I believe I could return to and I bet would be great with some grilled lobster or possibly swordfish steak.

Can to mug.
Appearance: ruddy burnt yellow almost chill haze color with a slowly dissipating finger's worth of white foamy head which left just a little bit of lace
Aroma: sweet biscuity/bready/herbal quality underscored by a very little bit of earthy character with a super lower kiss of honey
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine malty sweet meshed together conglomeration; finishes bready malty smooth
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; good carb level and very smooth along the tongue
Overall: pretty nice Maibock worth coming back to even if I was somewhat late in the season on consuming this.

Can to stange.
Appearance: transparent yellow to gold color with a nice looking three finger white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate and once it did lots of messy lace stuck around the glass
Aroma: sweet fruity estery-notes with some soft biscuity glances, light honey swarming in and around
Flavor: sweey fruity malty combination of the prior noted aromas; finishes crisp and malty with that estery fruitiness
Texture: light to medium bodied; very sessionable; even keeled smoothness along the tongue with an ever so slight touch of stickiness (which I didn't mind), good carb level - but did seem a touch lighter
Overall: to me, it's a very nicely done Kölsch and no alcohol noted in the finish or felt. Watch out, Germany, you got an American brewer here who I believe they know what they're doing with this style.

Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma silky grain malt with a nice hop bite. Flavor is more blonde gain malt with a decent hop profile. Average but still decent kolsch.
