4 oz. draft at Extreme BeerFest, Boston, 3 Feb, 2018. Black color with no head. Aroma is red wine, bitter chocolate, slight sour, Bretty hints, dirty socks. I was reluctant to ty this because of the style. To me it tastes like this wasn’t intended. Massive red wine, sharp sour currents, old cherry skins with a very harsh pucker in the taste glands. Massive lactic acid. Damn, pretty ugly. First outright drain pour of EBF.

4 oz. draft at Extreme BeerFest, Boston, 3 Feb, 2018. Aroma is oak, dead flowers, yeast, and some funk. Flavors are herbal, botanical, mild dirty socks, and moldy yeast hints. The finish is intensely sour, massive pucker, whoa!!

EBF 2018: golden with white head. Aroma is really weird, gin, funk and weird plant matter. Sour a bit. Tangy. Good.

[ As Proclamation Zzzlumber - Barrel-Aged ].Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, vanilla beans, cocoa, vanilla - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, vanilla beans, whisky, wood, chocolate, vanilla - bourbon. Pours a dark, cola-black, with smallish, tan head. Aromas of chocolate, coffee, roasted grain, perhaps just a touch of dark fruit. Flavor is pretty smooth, with chocolate, coffee, roasted grain. Quite a sweet beer. Not bad. Not bad at all.

Lightly hazy, sunny orange-copper body topped by a rapidly fizzling, off-white head.
Wish I got more juicy guava in the nose, but instead it's dry, dry, dry. Very spicy, herbal and peppery notes with a very dry, cracker/biscuit-like wheat backing. Could use some more malt depth, it would appear, just based on the nose. Light citrus-like notes appear on the finish and it gets a bit softer with warming. No flaw or alcohol.
Very dry, extremely attenuated, but at least with a fairly supple texture that clearly is very wheat-driven. Lemon, spice and even a hint of light licorice are quite strong, though I wouldn't call it messy. Still, it seems like the malt is just too sparse to balance all of the adjuncts here and it comes off as too adjunct heavy, even if they are quite enjoyable.

Draught at the brewery, 9/2/17 and 12/16/17.

Soft pepper, very minor clove and plentiful apple and pear hover in the nose with crusty bread and just a touch of angel food cake-like sweetness. Soft, easygoing hop character that, despite having some citrus, doesn't seem at all Americanized. Peppery and lightly fruity on the finish. Clean and with no alcohol.
Light, bubbly and with a soft, supple texture and light body. Nicely attenuated with pear, black pepper and light, lemony hops doing most of the work. Gets a bit bready and/or slightly husky. Very well-made, not overdone, not over-hopped saison, otherwise.

Can at The Bodney Bordello, thanks to LKS. It pours cloudy orange with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, juicy, candied orange, peach, apricot, a touch jammy, marmalade and some tangy action. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, bit green, grassy, sticky, oily, resin, dank, apricot, peach, fairly savoury and herbal with slick resin on the finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Rich and filthy. Nice hop juice.

Pours a hazy, neon orange-yellow. Aroma is like an orange creamsicle, but the flavor doesn't really follow. There's a strange chemical taste up front, almost like cleaning fluid. Some mustiness follows. Pretty smooth. Fairly bitter finish. Wish this was better.
