Can from Marshall'S Farmshop. It pours darkest brown with a handsome tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, umami, liquorice, cacao nibs, decent hit of coffee and toasted fruit cake. The taste is dry roasted malt, actually pretty smooth, bitter - sweet character, cacao nibs, cola, dried fruits, dark fruits, plum, date, fruit cake, coffee, touch of umami and some dryness towards the finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Well out together and moreish. Nice one.

27/11/2021. Can from SHIG, cheers. Fife rating #10. Shared with ITFCfan/Dan. Pours black with a small frothy beige head. Aroma of ash, dark berry fruits, chocolate, blackcurrant, roasted malt, raisin. Moderate sweetness, light roasted bitterness. Moderate body, oily watery texture, average carbonation. Looked good but wasn't too keen on this.
