Draught Very good, dense, just yellowish white head over almost clear golden beer with textbook lacerings. Grassy, pale malts, herb . Dry, bitter, again the typical German herb -ness, dry hoppiness, and non-sweet, bit peppery malts. Some gristslickness, light body, medium carbonation. Aftertaste has a light, refreshing bitterishness. Really good Pilsner, ticking all the boxes. The name V1 more than probably refers to the German flying bombs that rained on the Antwerpener area at the end of WWII, and the town of Hoboken got its fair share.

Draught Fast receding white head, lacey, over fully hazy yellow beer. Fruity nose with lots of grapefruit, asafoetida, citrus, mushrooms. More asafoetida & citrus, citruspeel orally. Grapefruit and orange, horsechestnut, very slight pinch of orangejuice as a shadow of sweetness. Medium bodied, qutie hopoilslick. Aftertaste appears a tad metallish. Soft carbonation. Not bad! NB aN Christmas??

Draught Good, dwindling white head over hazy yellow beer. Ureum², lupulin galore, citrus hops. Citrus, grapefruit, lime, ureum and once more... salicylic acid. Bitter/ish. Medium bodied, slick, medium to good carbonation. Quite OK IPA.

Draught Huge, stable, dirty white head over almost black dark brown beer. Rather neutral nose... missing... Sweetish, bit liquorice, prune liqueur. Hint at lactic acid, strange... missing clove, orange; I can hardly find any banana. Quite OK beer in se, but "brewed true to style" would find some other specification. About as true as calling München 'Munich'...
