750ml bottle. Chatsworth Farm Shop. Hazed pale gold. Good white swede. Nose has light earthy ginger. Sweet rhubarb. Vanilla pod. Taste is light sensitive with some moderate bitterness. Beautiful condition as per a Resting Devil bev. Hint of bitterness to finish. Shows off the additions really well. Missus hated it 🤷🏻♂️

750ml job. Chatsworth Farm Shop. Light haze on a coppery red. Very decent off white foam. Nose has spicy ginger biscuit malts. Touch of caramel. Marmalade hops. All present and correct although missus gets a cardboard thing. I don’t. Anyway. Taste is fairly sweet on the lips with a moderate hop bitterness. A tad dry too. Decent body overall and feels fresh and vibrant. Light spicy hop bitterness to finish. Nice. Missus couldn’t hack it.

Bottle. Chatsworth Farm Shop. Looks class before it’s poured. Quality packaging. Sits hazed gold with a soppy white head. Stays the course. Nose has lemon verbena. Sweet orange jelly sweets. Touch of leafy piny hop. Taste is a little sweet first off with a nicely balanced pithy bitterness. Not without some dryness too. Super clean overall. Class affair this. I get that Chatsworth ask for a beer that ticks particular boxes using specific ingredients, but then this brewer still keeps things really drinkable and satisfying. Quality.

Bottle picked up at Chatsworth Farm Shop. Hazed gold. Firm thick lasting soppy white foam. Looks boss. Nose has a whiff of honey up front. Like a heather honey but not with the punch that could give. Touch of pithy hop. Clean bready malt. Taste is dry and lightly bitter. No honeyed sweetness here, thankfully. Fairly dry on the palate with fine quite brisk carbonation. Dry and lightly zesty bitterness to finish.

Bottle. Chatsworth House Farm shop. Misted pale gold amber. Fine lasting white head. Big on the spices this. Cinnamon and nutmeg. Vanilla too. Nicely evocative. Taste is a little sweet first off with a soft spiciness. Smooth and fairly creamy mouthfeel. Spicy slightly bitter finish. Got to say I do like a pumpkin beer.

Bottle picked up at Chatsworth Farm Shop. Beautiful looking packaging. Looks like a high quality port or sherry. Equally good looking in the glass too. Clear deep ruby red with a leggy lasting dense of white foam. Easy 5. Nose has ripe plum. Light chocolate malt. Soft ashy roast. Taste is nicely bittersweet. Super smooth with a vinous twang. Lingering malty fruity bitterness. Lovely porter this.
