Brewery draught, 10/3/25.
Clear, deep honey-golden. Persistent, creamy, white head.
Nose is soft pear and rich, honey. Clean and mildly spicy with no crude esters/phenols. Mostly malt, apple and pear esters with light black pepper phenols.
Rich and malty, especially for its size. Clean and snappy with a true saison quality. I don't think I get any clove at all. Seems they've really refined their brewing since Johnieee had it. Fruity, soft, flavorful and balanced. No bubble gum either.

Cask On, 3/30/24. Hint of haze. Auburn. Good-sized, off-white head. Good retention. Fruity, quite heavily yeasty. Very bready. Not much in the way of hop. Low toast. Lightly malty, still a bit yeasty in texture. Lightly bready, almost no hop, but no toastiness either. Just base malt, ester, and a hint of yeast and bitterness.

On tap at Cask and Vine with Mrbarleywine Pours a mostly clear deep copper color with a decent sized off white head that persists. Rich caramel and toffee with hints of earth and spice to counter. Solid bitter.

Can, huge thanks Travlr for sharing this with us at Ambasada on the RBESG23 pub crawl! Brown body, off-white head - not much of it. Flowery, spicy aroma with some caramel malt. Soft, flowery taste, malty as well - light caramel and tobacco, some phenolic touches, spicy. Nice enough!

4 oz. pour on tap at Keep NH Brewing fest. It's a pretty yellow with nice finger-width white head and nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, candied fruit, good strength. Taste is candied fruit, a smidge of smokiness(?), citrus, stone fruit. Mouthfeel is typical NEIPA. Overall, not super complex but good strength of aroma and flavor.

4 oz draft at “Keep NH Brewing” The flavor profile is a perfect Pilsner. Pills malt backbone, mild lemon, and very, very soft grassy hops. Crisp texture.

On tap at the source. Poured into a dimpled mug mostly clear deep golden color with a huge, almost too huge, bubbly white head. Rich bready crackery maltiness with bits of earthy floral hops to counter. Nice quaffer.
