On Tap cloudy dull light beige pour. Dense off-white creamy head. Very nice combination of the modestly tart peach and whisky barrel woodiness. Odd pairing but they go together well.

On tap at CopenRoss slightly foggy pale golden. Nice creamy light beige head. Muted piney and some tropical hop flavors. Full bodied and smooth.

On Tap at the Boise brewery/taproom Dense opaque medium dark brown pour. Fine creamy tan head. Light roast and milk chocolate malts. Very faint light floral hop note. Mostly just the ligh toasted malts. A little coffee as well. Easy.

On tap at the Boise taproom. Black pour with a mocha brown head. Lots of soft dark roast in the aroma and flavors. A touch of ash/charcoal. It is generally a light smooth pleasant toasty beer. Lacking the sharp astringency of others of the style.

On tap at the brewery pours out crisp clean straw topped with a white head. Nose is cereal grain notes and a light clean hop. Taste is more of the light hops and malt combo. Very easy summer beer.

On tap at the brewery pours out dark brown almost black topped with a small tan head. Nose is nice roast some light smoke and a touch of ash. Taste is more of the nice light smoke ash some toasted malts.

On tap at the brewery pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is citrus lemon forward some cereal notes. Taste is more of the nice citrus splash in the front a little bitter and malt.
