Description
Rascals Brewing was founded in 2014 by Emma Devlin and Cathal O’Donoghue.
The pair were living and working in New Zealand and developed a taste and passion for the booming Kiwi craft beer industry. In the spirit of adventure, they decided to change careers entirely and set up their own craft brewery back home in Dublin. Sure, why not?

440ml can at home. Pours an unclear orangey yellow, maybe not quite enough of a haziness to be top tier. Over carbonated, this should really be smoother. Dish soap aroma with melon and some pear. Flavour is more of the same with a bit of strawberry. Soft finish

Cloudy blond appearance with lasting head. Aroma is quite grassy which is not great. Flavour has grassy, resinous hop bitterness. Misses the juiciness and fruitiness that was promised on the side of the can.
