0.25 l bottle from 'SpeciaalBierPakket.nl', best before August 2026. Clear, very deep amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish-malty, gently yeasty-spicy aroma of caramel, clove, some honey and light sultanas. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently yeasty-spicy taste of caramel, clove, honey, nuts and hints of sultanas, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, gently boozy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent ale.

330ml bottle watching 2001 A Space Odyssey on Christmas Eve 2024. Pours a misty blonde, large white head. Bright creamy tripel yeast nose. Definitely quite a sweet triple, medium bodied, has a slight a boozy air on the finish, light creamy element, finishing dry. Ok

Can (thanks to my parents!). Golden colour, tiny white head. Aroma is alcohol, some grains and mild bananas to it. Flavour is bananas, some alcohol, grains and icky sweet.

clear chestnut colour, medium sized creamy beige-ish head; aroma of intensive Christmas spices (cinnamon, nutmeg and some clove, as well) caramel, biscuits and dried fruits (dates, figs, some prune and maybe some dried cherries); taste has similar notes to the aroma; not that bad, though does not have the 'body' for this amount of spices

Bottle picked up from Eurotunnel, Coquelles, Calais, France and consumed Wednesday 4th December 2024, Rawson Green, Kilburn Derbyshire in the company of Dad and Pauline. Pours caramel brown with a tiny bit of haze (chill haze?), off white head. A bit of caramel and spice in the mouth, light fruity. Very soft mouthfeel, it's a good beer.

30/11/2024. Can shared at Ulfborg tasting. Pours clear copper amber with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet malts, boozy, stewed fruits, banana, paint stripper. Sweet, syrupy. Average carbonation. Heavy going.
