16 oz can purchased to go at Pathlight Brewing in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a hazed darker golden copper with a small white head. The aroma is bright pineapple citrus, a bit of resin and rich cereal malt. The taste is pineapple, resin bitter, some peanut and finishes with the cereal grain malt and a touch more bitterness. The palate is medium bodied with a silky mouthfeel and soft natural carbonation with the bitter finish. Clean old school IPA.

16 oz can purchased to go from Pathlight Brewing in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a black brown, with hints of mahogany and a 1 inch tan head that falls with spotty lace. The aroma is a slightly burnt toast, nice full roast, along with some pine and mineral earthiness. The taste is bone dry, with the roast and toast, a bit of cereal grain malt in the middle than the dry pine mineral finish. The palate is light bodied, with active carbonation and the crisp dry pine roast and mineral finish. Great Schwarzbier.

Stemless wine glass draft 1/2 pour at Pathlight Brewing in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is an opaque black, slight brownish with a light tan head that fades quickly. The aroma is roast char malt, slight soy, some pine. The taste is dry char roast malt, soft dark chocolate evident as it warms along with some cane sugar and closes with soft alcohol heat. The palate is medium to heavier bodied, with soft to lower carbonation and the dark chocolate pine bitter dry finish. Heat in the after taste. Solid.

The aroma is citrus orange floral, tangerine fruit, and sweet malt. The taste is the tangerine citrus, a bit of the bitter peel, dry floral bitterness, and warming alcohol towards the finish. The palate is medium bodied, softer natural carbonation and the warming softly malt sweet dry floral bitter finish.

The taste is a clean nutty, soft roast malt, with a bit of dry floral hop, and finishes with a whisper of cocoa. The palate is light bodied, natural carbonation and the soft roast and mild chocolate finish. Nice ESB.
