Inky, thick, rich umami stout with a lot of chiles - guajillo, chipotle. Full body, low carbo. You have to like chiles, though, this is really spicy. Great beer for pregaming Wrigley, though.

Draught @ Pilot Project. Opaque dark brown with a foamy tan head, woodsy coffee-bourbon aroma, low carbonation, initially sweet woodsy mocha taste with strong alcohol overtones, turns medium bitter with coffee flavor, smooth body, long finish with an alcohol throatburn. Booozy but tasty, too.

I was hitting it hard last evening this brew may have been tipping point. Cloudy orange pour. Nose is pine and grapefruit. Tastes similar of citrus and trees. Bitter finish

Draft at Pilot Project Brewing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The pour is a golden copper with a small off white head. The aroma is softly toasting bread, toffee and caramel. The taste is the rich malt notes of toffee and caramel up front, then transitions more to grain and finishes with the toastiness. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and a clean grain softly sweet malt finish. Solid Marzen.

Sampled from the tap at Pilot Project MKE. Pours a slightly hazy orange gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has bitter citrus and light mango with rind and sweet grains supporting. Flavor has citrus and light rind with a touch of mango and a sweet grain backbone.

Sampled from the tap at Pilot Project MKE. Pours a clear orange with a copper hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has sweet strawberry supported by flora and a bit of grass coming through. Flavor is strawberry forward with flora, lemon and grass supporting.
