On tap at Bierria Volo. Pours black with tan head. Aroma has some roasted malt and espresso. Flavour is fantastic: roasted malt, espresso, bourbon. Boozy warmth on the finish. Excellent malty imperial stout.

33cl bottle pours a clear brown with some creamy beige head. Nutty nose, big bread crust, some earthy notes. Flavor is OK, caramel and rootbeer barrels, malt and bread. Sweet finish. This is less successful. 6 4 5 2 9

16oz can pours a clear gold with some spitty white head. Nose is corny and malty, light grass, a little dusty. Flavor is corny and malty, some herbs. Creamy finish. It's good but could be better.

33cl bottle pours murky orange with some creamy white head. Nose is a little dusty, some dried citrus peel, light melon. Flavor is very melony, orange, some white grape. Light yeast. Creamy finish. Decent enough.

33cl bottle pours a hazy orange with some creamy white head. Nice enough nose, some grist, dough, light citrus. Flavor is heavier on herbs and citrus peel. Very pithy and it takes away some. Full bodied.

A red copper barley wine with a thin creamy lacing light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light vinous character, alcohol warmth, resinous hops, light treacle, pleasant very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with light alcohol warmth, light vanilla, light vinous character, very nice. On tap at Lupulus.

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, light coffee notes, vanilla, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, light mineral, light coffee, pleasant. On tap at Lupulus.

On cask at Bar Volo. Pours soft copper with a nice stable head. Nutty, hazelnut, honey, floral, apricot, blackberry. Good soft body. Fantastic.
