Seems like an IPA that’s likely solid on tap and this goodness gets lost somewhere in the canning process. (I’ve seen this issue with most of my local breweries’ IPAs.) Not a bad beer, mind you, but seems muted despite being pretty darn fresh, with notes of peach, mango, citrus punch, and a touch of dank followed by some pine. Again, not a bad pint by any means, but I’d love to compare this can to draft.

Bottle shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! A honey-maple syrup with thin cap of beige head fading to a ring. Aroma is candied dark fruit, caramel. Taste is strong toffee, bittering hops. Smooth, relatively thin, soft carbonation, bitter finish. Too bitter. On the plus side, no sign of alcohol re: burn/harshness. On the negative, no sign of alcohol in terms of flavor either.

750 ml bottle shared by ClarkVV. Thanks for sitting on this for a year! Aroma C hops with mild dark fruits. The flavor is fine. A lot of Pacific Northwest hops with the traditional barley wine flavors. Having a hard time finding the barrel.

750mL bottle, undated but bottled late 2022, drunk 12/10/23. Clear amber, small, beige head immediately to ring. Smells like...apples?? Lots of appley yeast character. Not a ton of bourbon (is there any?). Is this heavily hopped? What is going on here? Sweet, bready, caramel and toffee forward with spicy bourbon, that strange apple character and assertive though now-mellowed hops. Bitter hop finish with light barrel and lingering, sweet toffee. Not boozey.

Aroma is prune, raisin, caramel, brett, yeast. Wishing there was more barrel.

16 oz. can. Aroma has soft honey. The flavor has light honey on the front of the palette with some light lingering grass like bitterness. The texture is extremely crisp and ends clean. Lightly sweet character from the honey. Yet, balanced by hops. This drinks extremely well!

16 oz. can. Aroma and flavor or subtle. Soft bubblegum, banana, and bread like malt. Flavor overall is mild with a lighter / flimsy body. Overall, drinkable enough.

4 oz draft. Aroma is soft citrus with subtle bread. Flavor has lighter citrus with the malt. Balanced IPA. Light body. Easy to drink.

4 oz draft. Aroma of pine and citrus. Flavor has a small amount of roasted malt with tje aforementioned pine / citrus. Low pine bitterness with any resin showing. Body os a bot flimsy. Pretty good
