Description

330ml bottle. Delivered directly from the brewery in Kvasy to Sumy in eastern Ukraine and from there to Moscow. About half a month has passed since the best before (вжити до) date. Pours slightly hazy gold with a tall white head. Aroma is wheat, bananas. Taste is wheat, phenolic, a little sour. Very heavy carbonation kills the drinkability. Might be a bad bottle.

Really hazy amber, off-white head. Nicely smoky aroma - Beechwood and bacon, some bready lightly caramelized malts, just tad cheesy. The taste is light caramel and gentle smoky bitterness. Might be a bit off / funky - feels too thin as well. Ok, overall.

Farlig lettdrikkelig. Kveldens vinner!

330ml bottle from Tsypa Craft Pub in Kharkiv. 7.5% ABV. My 100th Ukrainian tick, until RateBeer decides Crimea is part of Russia or a separate country. Pours opaque dark brown with a tall beige head. Aroma is coffee beans, lactose, caramel. Taste is fresh black coffee, earthiness, caramel. Good balance between sweetness and bitterness. Alcohol is excellently hidden. Mild bitter finish.
