We are creating beers with a focus on strong flavours. Highly hopped and fruited beers, barrel aged and funked up styles with a modern twist.

Appearance - murky yellow with a neat white head.
Nose - dank and pungent guava and melon. Grassy edge.
Taste - generous melon, kiwi and grassy again.
Palate - medium bodied, creamy middle and a bitter finish.
Overall - good.

Appearance - cloudy yellow with a foamy white head.
Nose - dank, fresh sweat, grassy as well as orange and pineapple.
Taste - dank, grass, orange and pineapple.
Palate - light bodied, dry and zesty finish.
Overall - does the job!

5/3/2025. Tap at Beer Hatch, Norwich. Pours hazy/cloudy straw gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is lime juice, citrus, mild ginger, sherbet, unripened peach, chalky edge. Taste has lots of lime, moderate sweetness, light to moderate tartness and body. Light spritzy carbonation. Nicely done.

Can at home. Pours golden, nose is smoked malt, caramel, hay, berries, taste is similar, seems fruitier than earlier versions.

440ml. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla, light roast. Taste is sweet, chocolate, vanilla, light roast, little bit of the whisky barrel coming through to add an extra dimension, light bitterness. Medium bodied. A really good dark lager.

Can online from Cork & Cask, Edinburgh. Pours clear deep brown with beige foam. Mild toasty malts, choc hints, coffee, dark bread, nuts, stewed prunes. Clean taste with mild burnt malts and a wee underlying whisky barrel kiss. Towards medium body. Another tasty offering from this fine brewery

Can from Drinkmonger. Dark brown body with ruby highlights and a beige head that holds well. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of nuts and filter coffee. Flavour of soy, rust and peanut. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. A tasty, unique lager.

Keg at Heidrun, HWY, 21/02/2025.
Bubblegum pink with a white cap that soon escapes to nyadda.
Nose is tangy berries, herb, straw, damp cloth.
Taste comprises sharp berry skins, herb, light acidic tinge, hedgerow, damp straw.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering rasp.
Okay easy drinking sour.
