Sampled at Zythos 2016. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours dark brown to black. Small white head. Smell is chocolatty, indeed, dry(dark) malts as well. Taste is sharp, rather bitter, typical portertaste. Some chocolate, but not as much as expected.

Brown color with beige head. Aroma is dark malts, a bit coffee and cocoa powder. Taste is bitter chocolate, a bit coffee, a bit of a rye spiciness. Medium carbonation. Rather dry. Sweet is different. Still a fine brew.

Sample @ Zythos’16, courtesy of and shared with the RB Belgian crew. Dorée, col fin blanc. Arôme au nez fruité, citronné assez basique niveau de ce houblon si versatile. Rétro malt pils. Palais est un peu centré sur le dms, côté beurre de popcorn, qui couvre tout au niveau du caractère du houblon. Fruité modéré, raisin blanc, noble, grains persistant. Déçu du résultat pour ce Mosaic qui est censé être alpha et omega du Citra, je n’en retrouve pas trop le caractère.

Sample @ Zythos’16, courtesy of and shared with the RB Belgian crew. Dorée-paille, col fin blanc. Arôme au nez houblonné, sorte de brett/levure pour léger funk, frais vert houblonné tirant sur le noble rendant une effluve herbacée. Palais tend un peu sur la levure, qcq notes ester assez belge, noble houblonné avec un fini sec et perdurant. Le tout est correcte, frais assez plaisant.

Sample @ Zythos’16, courtesy of and shared with the RB Belgian crew. Brune , col fin blanc-casé. Arôme au nez malté, caramel, doux avec pointe de grillé, houblonné subtile en rétro avec tjrs cet accord grains venant du seigle mais semblant plus discret que sur les eux autre versions. Palais est malté, sorte de fruité rouge presque boisé, grillé avec une petite douceur mais sans pour cela indiqué du lactose.
