Description

Bottle . Pours clear , amberbrown . No real head . Smell is sweet , fleshy . Taste is walnuts , leaves , earthy a bit in a twisted way . Harsh . Tard , too old , dusty , madeira in a bad way . Yet the ending is drinkable

24/VIII/13 - 75cl bottle @ Bierweekend Lambiekstoempers (Alsemberg) - BB: n/a (2013-800) Thanks to T. for sharing today's beers!

Clear light amber beer, huge off-white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: grains, some caramel, spicy, hay, bit sugary. MF: ok carbon, light to medium body. Taste: sour start, very soapy, metallic, unpleasant. Aftertaste: sour, chemical, rubber, soapy. This is really bad and infected. And I was not the only one at the table with that opinion!
