Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Slightly malty nose. Thin body, very, very metallic, some cardboard and a discreet malt character. Rather bitter finish. The heavy metals really overpowers everything. 140712

Can: Golden, mid-sized stable off-white head with a good lace; grainy-bready-buttery nose (the last traces of a former bohemian brewery) with a slight veggy-metallic background; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, relatively soft; slightly lingering bitter-sweet finish, followed by a metallic tail. At least drinkable....

tap @ Marchewka z Groszkiem, Krakow. Golden body with a fine off-white head. Aroma is malty, fruity and some grassy hop. Flavor has a sharp malt profile, a hint of caramel, fruity and ends with a grassy hop finish. Very refreshing, and after a few days with some polish lagers this one stands out. This was tasted fresh from tap and I was told that this was unfiltered.

07/08 As Brackie Cieszyn, directly from a 0.5 l can on a gas station around Katowice. Pretty industrial fruity malty and grass hoppy aroma, not so bad but far from great. Flavor is of a typical watery pale lager hopped with some sourish things. Slightly bitter, somewhat grainy as well. Fine medium long finish, bitterish. After two Czech beers this is a disappointment, but OK, a bit more than average pale lager.
