Pretty cloudy beige beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: tonka beans and if not, then at least definitely some cinnamon. Fruity as well, quite some passion fruit, juicy, more tonka and cinnamon notes, a bit of vanilla. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, good acidity, lots of tonka, pretty dry, sourish, a little bitter, spicy, passion fruit, bitter. Aftertaste: spicy, gentle acidity, fruity, more acidic, dry, tonka beans, a little bitter, more tonka, hint of vanilla.

Clear pale yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: oh my, that’s a lot of tonka all right, lot of cinnamon too, some vanilla, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty nice and clean acidity, a little bitter, lots and lots of tonka, a bit fruity. Aftertaste: nice, spicy, more tonka, fruity, a gentle bitterness, good sourness, nice one! Ha, second tonka sour ever, and that within one week of one another. The other one was La Source Bélier, also very nice!

Pretty cloudy blond yellow beer, small creamy aery irregular white head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, juicy, lots of tropical fruits, good stuff, very intense. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft bitterness, very fruity, pretty dank, citrus, some tropical fruits, nice! Aftertaste: good bitterness, more citrus, hoppy, a bit resinous, good IPA!

Flesje gedeeld met Tomhendriksen en Keukenman. Amberkleurig, troebel bier met weinig schuim. Aroma fruitig en moutig. Smaak is zacht fruitig en licht moutig met weinig nasmaak.

Fles gedeeld door Inoven, geprobeerd met Keukeman. Het is een amberkleurig bier met weinig tot geen schuim. Het heeft een moutige geur. De smaak is moutig en wat boterig.

Clear dark amber, thin, off-white head. Aroma of raisin, date, ripe red apple, pear, wood, brandy. Taste has sweet apple & pear, sourish dried fruit undertone, going over a biscuity, slightly caramelly malt base. Herbal hoppy finish, more dried fruit, ripe apple and warming calvados alcohol. Medium to full body, oily texture, average carbonation. Full and satisfying boozy BW (or WW for that matter).

Can bought at Oersoep, pinkish/red beer, small head. Aroma is tart, fruit, strawberry, raspberry. Taste is the same, tart, berries, fruit, refreshing, long dry tart aftertaste, quite noce.
