Fresh 16 oz. can. Bolder citrus upfront with light malt sweetness to help balance the citrus and light pine notes in the finish. Texture is dry with a long lasting danky pine finish. To really enjoy this you better like the dank!

16 oz. can. No date. Aroma is grapefruit, white wine, pine. I feel like the malts are starting to take over. Hops are real muffled. The bitterness is pine/ herbal when warm and does provide balance. So it has redeemed itself.

16 oz. can. Aroma is all berry. Flavor has a bolder blueberry character with raspberry and weak strawberry notes. Body is thin even with the lactose. Also, about that lactose. Why? I know this brewery brews great beers without having to use lactose.

Can (8/14/20) pour from The Beer Store, Nashua. Appearance is opaque yellow with no sparkle, finger-width foamy white head with fair retention and fair leggy lacing. Aroma is grape, citrus. Taste is strong grape, citrus, grains and mild yeast. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and dry, yeasty finish without much bitterness. Overall, not super complex but nice flavor and aroma.

16 oz. can. 2 week old canning. Aroma is pungent floral, white grape, and hay. A nice oat / hay backbone with a wonderful blend of Nelson and Motueka. Soft mouth feel with a bold juicy texture. This is quite lovely!! I really like Foundation when they stay away from the lactose garbage!

Bottle. Pours dark with a tan cap. Chocolate, biscuit, roast, vanilla, cherry, dry spice, Christmas cake, bourbon, touch of booze, dark chocolate. Good full body. Excellent.
