Can. Pours a clear deep yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has jammy peach and apricot with a light tartness and some sweet wheat underlying. Flavor has juicy peach with a growing slightly tart apricot and a bit of creamy sweet wheat underlying.

16 oz. can. Pours black, with a thin, fizzy, fleeting head. The nose is strong banana esters and rubber, with some nice coffee, vanilla, and milk chocolate. Sweet and malty, with a light, funky finish. Heavy body, with a creamy, sugary palate. Infected, sadly, but remarkably passable in spite of it.

Can (5/8/20) pour from The Beer Store, Nashua. Appearance is opaque black with trace sparkle at the sides of the glass, 1/2-finger width light brown foamy head with decent retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong bittersweet roasted coffee, vanilla, lactose, chocolate and fruit backdrop. Taste is rich, decadently sweet lactose, vanilla, chocolate and cherry/dark fruit undertones over coffee. Mouthfeel is full bodied with thick, syrupy texture, soft carbonation, mild pleasant alcohol warmth and strong, sweet finish as taste with absolute tail end mild bitterness. Overall, a really decadently rich sipper. I'm a huge sweet fan but this goes a bit over the cloyingly sweet edge for me. A lot to like here, including restraint on the coffee but held back from being downright amazing by being a bit too syrupy sweet.

Can (4/2/20) pour from Manchester Wine and Liquors. Appearance is opaque yellow-light brown with no sparkle, 1/2-finger width foamy white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is sweet/tart pineapple, mild orange and malt. Taste is very sweet pineapple and orange and a surprising amount of caramel with a vague nuttiness. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thick texture, soft carbonation, slight alcohol warmth and sweet finish as taste. Overall, I don't know whether to say age has gotten the better of this or they've produced one hell of a unique beer! A bit reminiscent of some old school DIPA's, but ones that I thought had aged beyond their prime. Borderline cloyingly sweet. I like it but am curious to try a fresh sample.

Can from Tavour. Pours somewhat dirty, hazy dark gold with a moderate white head. Aroma seems to have a lot of caramel. Mixed fruits take second place. Approaching full bodied. There is a lot of of malt - caramel - seems the yeasties left something undone. Fruit is mostly citrus, but there are tropical fruit aspects. Ripe melon? Quite different. But the taste is pleasing.

Can (3/9/20) pour. Appearance is opaque orange juice with decent sparkle, finger-width off-white head with excellent retention and beautiful lacing. Aroma is grape and citrus and milder pineapple and grains and, weirdly, whiff of italian herbs. Taste is strong juicy citrus with pineapple and light coconut--I get the Pina Colada comment. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation, mildest of alcohol warmth and juicy finish as taste. Overall, this is not only a fine representative of the style but is almost flawless. Could be a bit more complex and aroma as strong as taste, but this is really delicious.

16 oz. can with a date of 4/3/20. Aroma is weak fruit with bold pine / grassy notes. The flavor is balanced in regards to nothing being dominant. Hops just seem muted. Mild herbal bitterness balanced by sweet malts. Overall, just average for me.

16 oz. can. Clear golden color with normal carbon level. Aroma is mild corn, bread malt, weak hop hiding under the grain. A very near perfect replication of a mass production pale lager. Mild cereal, yeast, and light lingering sweet grain. Crisp texture with proper light bodied and mouthfeel. That is some great beer flavored beer!

Canned 04/02/20. Aroma is tropical, mild earth, yeast. Flavor shows soft tropical fruit, candied orange, mild earth, with a light malt backbone. The alcohol is extremely well hidden. Juicy texture no bitterness. Prototypical NEIPA. Really flavorful.
