Bottle a tight home in Canaan, NH. Picked up at the brewery. Pours clear honey-gold, highly effervescent, with a billowing, frothy white head. Engaging aroma, nice apricot, peach, understated citrus. Light sweet flavour with sturdy acidity, pleasant tart apricot, melon, lemon. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Tight finish, dry and quenching, more true apricot, moderate citric tartness. This one really delivers. Not super complex, but really drinkable and with great apricot character.

Canned 10/26/17, drunk 2/9/18.
Dark brown-mahogany. Large, light tan-beige head shows moderately strong retention. High clarity.
Big bouquet of aromatic, lovely, fruity coffee to open things up. Vanilla-fudge from the malts with light tootsie roll and some fruit and mineral from the yeast. Everything combines to give off a very nice English-American hybrid porter of sorts, much moreso than a brown ale, though I suppose the roast is really just the actual coffee. Regardless, it's clean, complex (tons of varied chocolate character) and shows no alcohol or burnt/acrid/stale coffee character.
Chocolate-fudge-prune-raisin is the force of the flavor, the coffee integrated nicely and providing more fruit and light earth. Lightly bitter roast, plum and vanilla notes help offset the sweetness, though it's well-attenuated anyways. Tight carbonation and good malt suppleness. Vanilla-fudge and light hop and coffee-like bitterness linger on the clean, vibrant, flavorful finish.

Poured from can thanks Chris DeMont hazy pineapple with a white head. Aroma is juicy citrus mango pineapple floral hops caramel and pine. Taste is sweet almost too sweet citrus dominates which saves it earthy floral hops then a lingering pine finish. Admirable effort.

Draught at the brewery, 12/30/17.
Fully hazy, though not quite soupy, mango-maize-golden with a medium-sized white head showing modest retention.
Dry mineral and white wine emanate from the Galaxy and the combination of Denali deepens the tropical character adding plentiful, juicy pineapple. Spicy, leafy, green, dank character abounds, with soft cream-of-wheat and biscuit character backing things gently. Hint of pine and dry nectarine, but it's not aggressive in the least. Very deep, earthy, mineral-rich Galaxy here with plentiful spice lingering. No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's equally dry and yet soft from all of the wheat. Tight carbonation spreads spicy, capsaicin-like notes throughout and light white grape, pineapple and meyer lemon persist to the long finish with moderate bitterness, light pine and low resin lingering. Juicy, zesty and very refreshing.

Draught at the brewery, 12/30/17.
Moderately hazy, light tangerine-peach-golden with a small white head that recedes quickly to ring.
Peach-orange-lemon-mandarin nose is definitely citrus forward, but there's no stark grapefruit or heavy pith-like character up front. Smells moderately juicy, with light melon and very slight bubble gum from the yeast which "sweetens" things in concert with the honey-rich malt character. No resin, alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's soft, malty, nicely attenuated with tons of vanilla-honey malt-like character and juicy pineapple and lemon building to a flavorful, clean, resin-free finish. Engaging, moderate amounts of carbonation. Very nice stuff, neither too yeasty nor aggressive with tons of malt yet still dry and drinkable overall.

Draft pour at Jimmy's Culpeppers. Appearance is murky, dark orange/light brown with light yellow, unable to discern sparkle, nice finger-width creamy, foamy, white head with good retention excellent lacing. Aroma was grapefruit and pine. Taste as aroma, strong flavors. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, not terribly complex, but nice bold flavors if you're into grapefruit and pine, with balance of bitter and sweet.

500 ml bottle purchased at the source in October. Appearance shows a deep brown / black with foamy off-white head. Aroma is caramel covered oak barrel. Flavor is caramel. raisins, and plenty of oak that lingers well after the sip. Barrel becomes tannic as it warms. Alcohol is pretty well hidden. For the price of the bottle, I guess I was expecting just a bit more from this.

500 ml bottle purchased at the source in October. Appearance is a lightly hazy violet color. Fast dying pink fizzy head. Flavor shows red grapes, oak, blueberry tartness in the finish. Mild blueberry pie filling nuance. Oak and tartness comes more forward as it warms? Real Nice for a sour ale. Meant to be consumed fresh as the blueberry will start to fade and tartness gets more forward.
