Draught at 7 Vidas Taproom, Arequipa. Almost clear, pale gold colored. AROMA- lightly funky, decent, white grapes, aged character. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly sour, slightly bitter, white grapes, green sour apple, floral, herbal, aged character. Medium bodied. Tasty one.

Draught at 7 Vidas Taproom, Arequipa. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- fruity, juicy, citrusy, pineapple, floral, meadow grasses, touch of white grapes. FLAVOR- smooth, lightly sweet, moderately bitter, citrusy, pineapple, white grapes, muscatel tones, some candied fruit, herbal, meadow grasses. Medium to fuller bodied. Very tasty.

Draught at 7 Vidas Taproom, Arequipa. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- decent, white wine, apple,pear, slightly peppery. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly bitter, very decent again, apple, white grapes, a bit herbal, aged character. Medium bodied. Tasty but I expected more from this one.

Taster at 7 Vidas Taproom, Arequipa. Black, opaque. AROMA- roasted malts, oats, dark chocolate, coffee, earthy. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, the same as aroma, nice tones of black currant. Fuller bodied. Really good imperial stout.
