Description
In 1728, Aspall was founded by Clement Chevallier in the parish of Aspall, Suffolk. While all around him were growing cereals, he chose to plant apple trees. Almost 300 years on, we’re still going against the grain, making remarkable cyder & cyder vinegars at the original Aspall Cyder House.

Straw coloured and crystal clear. It's a light cider but certainly not too sweet. Clean, light, refreshing.

Bottle @TreeRock. Doubled up on the short pour. Clear, bright, blushy, peachy tea color. Caramelized apple, fruit syrup. Taste is sweet & tart table grapes, simple syrup, caramel apple. Crispy carbonation, slightly boozy, syrupy, but not necessarily fake. Nothing special here.

Bottle picked up from Tesco, Streatham and shared with mum (13/12/2021) - clear golden pour with no discernible head. Dry apple fruity aroma and taste, crisp and fruity, apple skin, medium acidity and body, drying and almost tart into the apple laden finish. Nice.

Pours pale and clear. It has a floral, apple, and alcohol aroma. It is indeed quite dry with an apple flavor that has just a hint of sweetness. It’s crisp with a clean, dry finish. Very good.
