From cask @ Borefts 2014. This is a blurry looking one this, really pale and golden on the color with a tiny bubbly sidesticking filmy head. Mild nose. Only subtle hints of grains, something malt-sweet and a little floral influence. Mild and perhaps even a little dull in the taste also. It's a little herbal, Dry-hoppy taste. Quite Mouthdrying. Light oily in the mouth and soft to flat on the bubbles. Not memorable at all. 26.09.2014

On tap @ Borefts 2014. A blurry really pale yellow one this with a small but hefty lacing bright white head placed on the top. Smells like a herbal lemonade. There's the obvious citrus, a nice sugary sweetness, grass and it's definitely fruity this. Nice! A nice taste also, but not exactly what I expected based on the nose. Slightly dryish, not grainy but perhaps a bit mealy? Light and oily in the mouth while soft to average on the bubbles. Quite tasty and I'll even say moreish. Nice. 26.09.2014

On tap @ Borefts 2014. A nice soft blurr on this dark golden colored one. On the nose it's fresh and kinda unripe fruity. Unripe and slightly dry mango, lots of hop bitterness. It has traces of peach and grass also. A really pungent sharp flavor. A caramel sweetness balances it nicely. Can really feel the hop bitterness in this. Drying my mouth quite a lot. Oily to sticky on the mouthfeel and its average prickling on the bubbles. Sharp hoppy tail that almost makes me sneeze before I get a nice sweetish watermelon juicy fruitiness. On tap @ Borefts 2014. This is a near-clear really pale yellow golden one with a small shattered white lacing head. Mild nose. Some watermelon sweetness. Traces of wood, peaches and apricots. Mild fruity and almost as it has been thinned down. Tastes nice. Green melon zesty. Thin oily near watery in the mouth and it's gently carbonated. Thin fruity flavors. A quite sharp grassy bitterness. Somewhat mouthdrying. Hints of the bitter white part of a lemon peel. Easy to drink though, but nothing too memorable about this one. 27.09.2014

On tap @ Borefts 2014. This is a deep and dark brown looking one. A nice little sidesticking and islandy head on the top. On the nose I get a mild woody dark malty aroma. It's quite mild actually. A mild tartness, some soft lingon berries and not much more really. Mmm.. Taste though. Lots of burnt sugar sweetness here. It has a mild oily feeling in the mouth and it's gentle on the carbonation. Some dark malts here also, it's mildly roasted and really easy to like. Some cocoa dryness in the finish. Yeah, it didn't really smell all that much, but it has lots of nice subtle flavors that I really like. 27.09.2014

Keg at The Barton Arms; hazy amber pour with a creamy white head, zesty lemon aroma with a hint of yeast, taste has sharp lemon, some sourness, mandarin, metallic brett.

Bottle at Cotteridge Wines; dark brown pour with a creamy light tan head, dark fruit and funk aroma, taste has roast malt along with some tart dark fruit, plain chocolate, some sourness a hint of brett, some fucker had put the cork in upside down, had to wrestle it to get it out and it ended up a gusher.

Draught @ 6th Borefts Beer Festival 2014, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Burning Sky Saison Anniversaire ].Clear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, herbs, sweet malt, oak, white wine. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, sugary, sharp, herbs, grape - whte wine, oak notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20140926]
